Particularly for us in technology, this is an exhilarating moment of accelerated transformation. Problems fuel our creative thinking. We drink up change as if it’s our morning coffee. The stories in this issue of the Tech Journal are proof that, rather than feeling defeated by what’s out of our control, we can choose to be ambitious about the power we have to make a positive difference.
We’re seeing companies take on ambitious projects to reimagine the customer experience, hospitals using technology to create supportive communities for patients and their families, and a large retailer making an ambitious — and successful — sprint to the cloud.
